Yanchep Institute (YI) is a small registered training organisation (RTO) that was established in 2015 to serve the community in and around Yanchep. We pride ourselves on identifying and filling the gap between mainstream formal education and the realities of the working world.
Located at Y.hub, 128 Yanchep Beach Road in Yanchep Western Australia, the aim of Yanchep Institute is to develop and offer courses that support local businesses in areas like workplace health and safety, business development, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and other business practices. Formal qualifications as well as short courses will be considered in response to local demand.
As far as possible, Yanchep Institute also aims to employ local experts in delivering training, with online and face-to-face options for course delivery available to learners.

BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
This course has been designed for WA residents who are working the the Work Health and Safety sector and looking to expand their technical knowledge and skills and improve their capabilities.
Get qualified and industry-certified through engaging, interesting and future-focused technologies delivered via the Yanchep Institute E-Learning platform.
The qualification applies to those working as supervisors, WHS personnel, and workers in other WHS-related roles who manage risks effectively, apply relevant WHS laws, and contribute to WHS within the workplace in known or changing contexts with established parameters.
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance.
Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
